Before I remembered Lemuria, I encountered the Pleiadians. At the time, I didn’t know that one would eventually lead me to the other. My own Starseed awakening had begun years earlier in Bali. But I have never been particularly interested in taking a quiz to tell me where I come from. Not because there is anything wrong with Starseed quizzes, but because I believe remembrance can be more expansive than a collection of characteristics we are supposed to fit into.
Sometimes, we remember by following the traces.
An image that keeps appearing. A color we cannot stop seeing. A name that suddenly drops into our consciousness. A book that finds us at exactly the right time. A person who says something they couldn’t possibly know would matter to us. Individually, these moments may seem insignificant. But one day, we look back and recognize where they have been leading us. That is how I found the Pleiadians—and ultimately, part of how I found my way home to Lemuria.
What Is a Pleiadian Starseed?
The Pleiades, also known as the Seven Sisters, is an open star cluster located in the constellation Taurus. Pleiadian Starseeds are people who experience a soul-level connection or origin with the Pleiades. They are often described as natural healers, intuitive guides, artists, teachers and space holders who feel called to support awakening and transformation.
How Do You Know If You’re a Pleiadian Starseed?
You may recognize yourself in some of the qualities and gifts commonly associated with Pleiadian Starseeds: intuition, healing, creativity, compassion, feminine wisdom or a natural ability to guide and hold space for others. But if you want to know whether you have a Pleiadian connection, my invitation is much simpler:
You can ask.
Go into meditation and ask for your Starseed origins to be revealed to you. Ask to connect with your Star Family, then create enough openness to receive rather than trying to force an answer. The intention isn’t to put yourself into another spiritual box. It is to open the space for your own remembrance. My own remembrance of the Pleiadians didn’t give me another label to collect. It led me somewhere else entirely.
My First Encounter With the Pleiadian Star Mothers
My first conscious encounter with the Pleiadians didn’t begin because I was researching them. It began in meditation. I started seeing sparkles of blue light during my meditation. This caught my attention as I usually worked with golden light instead. Rather than trying to decide what the blue light meant, I stayed curious and kept meditating. What started out as sparkles of blue light had become what felt like an entire council of blue-light beings. Then, I received these words:
Pleiadian Star Mothers.
I knew immediately that this was who I was connecting with. Only afterward did I realize that this experience had happened in May during the Pleiadian Portal. That made the timing particularly interesting to me—not only because I hadn’t consciously set out to connect with the Pleiadians, but because May is also my birthday month.
What Is the Connection Between Pleiadians and Lemuria?
Not long after my experience with the Pleiadian Star Mothers, Lemuria began appearing everywhere in my field. The Blue Rose emerged. Whales and dolphins became increasingly significant. Water carried a deeper resonance. Someone told me she could see a lifetime in which we had known one another in Lemuria, weaving dresses together. Within a relatively short period, I encountered several women who independently spoke to me about their own Lemurian connections.
Then there were the books. One of them was The Women of Lemuria: Ancient Wisdom for Modern Times by Monika Muranyi – a compilation of Kryon’s teachings about ancient Lemuria. I read it with curiosity, not expectation—and found myself reading about the Pleiadian Star Mothers and their connection to Lemuria. According to Kryon’s teachings, they came to Earth carrying spiritual wisdom and played a role in awakening humanity, with Lemuria becoming an important place for these teachings.
When I encountered this connection, something clicked. Here was an external teaching describing a relationship between the Pleiadians and Lemuria—the same connection that had already begun revealing itself through my own experience. It didn’t create my experience. It gave language to something I had already experienced.
I had encountered the Pleiadian Star Mothers. Then came the Blue Rose, whales, dolphins, water, people speaking about Lemuria, books about Lemuria. What had initially looked like separate experiences began forming a constellation. Perhaps the Pleiadian Star Mothers had been one of the first traces leading me home to Lemuria.

Your remembrance doesn’t have to look like mine. Perhaps you feel connected to the Pleiades. Perhaps whales or dolphins keep appearing in your consciousness. Perhaps you’re deeply drawn to ancient temples, crystals, water, or the Blue Rose. Or perhaps the word Lemuria itself creates a recognition you cannot logically explain.
