What Is Lemuria?
If you’ve been hearing the word Lemuria everywhere lately, you’re not alone.
Maybe you’ve come across books about it, met people who identify as Lemurian, or found yourself unexpectedly drawn to whales, dolphins, crystals, or ancient wisdom traditions that feel strangely familiar.
There are many ways people explain Lemuria — a lost civilization, an ancient continent that once existed on Earth. I honor those perspectives, but that’s not primarily how I experience it.
When I think about Lemuria, I think about frequency.
Not a place. Not something locked in the past. A living consciousness available right now — a frequency of remembrance that reconnects you with wisdom, gifts, and knowing that already exist within you.
Was Lemuria a Real Place?
I personally believe both perspectives can be true.
Yes, I believe Lemuria may have existed as a civilization. But I also experience it as a consciousness that exists beyond time.
For me, the more important question isn’t whether Lemuria once existed. It’s whether its wisdom is available to us now. We’re not trying to go back in time — we’re remembering something that has always been accessible beneath the surface.
Whether you see Lemuria as a lost civilization, a spiritual consciousness, or both, the invitation is the same: what if its wisdom is available to you now?
How Lemuria Found Me
My journey with Lemuria didn’t begin with Lemuria. It began with blue light.
During meditation, I started seeing flickers of blue light. What began as flashes eventually became what felt like a council of blue light — a Pleiadian portal that I immediately recognized as the Pleiadian Star Mothers. After that, Lemuria began entering my awareness. At first it felt subtle. Then it felt undeniable.
Life kept placing it in front of me — books, conversations, podcasts, people — until something inside began recognizing it. Not because someone convinced me or because I was searching for proof, but because it felt familiar. Like remembering something I had forgotten.
The moment that brought everything together happened during a podcast interview. I was speaking about Starseed awakening when the host shared something unexpected — she saw a lifetime where she and I had been sisters in Lemuria, weaving dresses together.
Whether you view that as memory, symbolism, or intuition is entirely up to you. But something about that moment made Lemuria feel real. Not as a concept. As something remembered.
Why Does Lemuria Feel So Familiar?
One of the things I hear most often from people drawn to Lemuria is: “I don’t know why, but it feels familiar.”
That was my experience too. It didn’t feel like discovering something completely new. It felt like remembering something I had forgotten.
This is why I describe Lemuria as a frequency of remembrance. Not because you’re learning new information, but because something within you is beginning to recognize itself.
For some people, that remembrance arrives through dreams, visions, or meditation. For others it’s a feeling — a sense of home, a quiet knowing, a recognition that goes beyond logic.
There is no right way to remember. Only your way.
What Does the Lemurian Frequency Feel Like?
If I had to describe it in one phrase: Divine Mother.
Love, compassion, softness, peace, flow, deep support. Almost like a water frequency — yet not weak. Gentle, but powerful. Soft, but not fragile. Loving, but not passive.
When people begin connecting with the Lemurian frequency, they often experience a softening in the body. The nervous system relaxes. The heart opens. There is greater capacity for love, compassion, forgiveness, and self-acceptance.
One of the greatest gifts this frequency brought me was learning to hold myself without abandoning myself. That single shift changed everything.
What Happens When Lemurian Codes Awaken?
People often ask what changes when Lemurian codes begin awakening. The simplest answer: everything becomes more you.
The change wasn’t about becoming someone different. It was about becoming more fully myself. The best analogy I can offer is going from kindergarten to college — the essence stays the same, but the expression expands dramatically.
The way I teach changed. The way I speak and hold space changed. I stopped filtering myself, stopped trying to impress or prove. What emerged was more sovereignty, more visibility, more trust — and a profound sense of being held, loved, and supported.
Many spiritual paths focus on ascending. Lemuria, for me, teaches embodiment. Not escaping the human experience, but fully inhabiting it. Bringing heaven onto Earth.
Why Are More People Remembering Lemuria Right Now?
I believe more people are remembering Lemuria because more people are awakening.
We hear so much today about New Earth, 5D consciousness, and collective spiritual evolution. I see the renewed interest in Lemuria as part of that larger movement. As more people awaken, more begin remembering frequencies that were previously dormant — and Lemuria is one of those frequencies.
Perhaps the simplest answer is this: the time is now.
What If I’m Making It All Up?
Honestly? What if you are — and what if you’re not?
If connecting with Lemuria helps you trust yourself more deeply, strengthens your intuition, and helps you remember more of who you are… does it matter whether that arrived through memory, symbolism, or something else entirely?
I’m not here to convince anyone. I’m here to invite you into your own experience. Take what resonates, leave what doesn’t, and discover what’s true for you.
Experience It for Yourself
Reading about Lemuria is inspiring. But it’s ultimately something to be experienced.
If something in you is stirring right now — if the word Lemuria feels strangely familiar, if part of you feels like you’ve come home — I invite you to explore that feeling. A powerful place to start is my free guided meditation, Meet Your Lemurian Soul Family.
Because the deepest understanding of Lemuria never comes from a book. It comes through remembrance.
