For years, I heard people talk about humanity moving from 3D to 5D consciousness.
I heard about spiritual awakening, Starseed awakening, the New Earth, and the possibility of entering a new Golden Age.
Then I began experiencing my own spiritual awakening.
I started to understand what it meant to move from 3D to 5D consciousness. My Starseed awakening followed. And eventually, Lemuria entered my awareness.
But it was only recently that I connected the dots:
The Lemurian frequency is rising because it is part of the same collective awakening.
Lemuria, as I understand and experience it, carries the frequency of 5D consciousness. It offers us a living template for the love, unity, harmony, and sacred relationship with Earth that humanity is now being invited to remember.
This does not mean Lemuria is the only path into 5D consciousness. Just as there is no single way to experience God, there is no single path through which we awaken.
Lemuria is simply the path that came to me.

What Is 3D Consciousness?
When people speak about 3D consciousness, they often use words such as fear, separation, scarcity, and ego.
But these ideas become clearer when we look at how they appear in our everyday lives.
In business, 3D consciousness can look like competition instead of collaboration. We compare ourselves with others. We feel threatened when someone becomes more successful. We place people into superior and inferior positions: either you are better than me, or I am better than you.
Decisions may be driven by scarcity, fear of missing out, or the belief that there is not enough for everyone.
A business operating entirely from this consciousness may ask:
How can we minimize costs and maximize profit?
It may not matter who is underpaid along the way, how much plastic enters the ocean, or who suffers within the supply chain—as long as the greatest amount of money ends up in the right pocket.
In relationships, 3D consciousness may appear as seeking love outside ourselves. We expect another person to make us happy, complete us, or give us the security we do not yet feel within ourselves.
This does not make us bad or less spiritual.
It simply reveals the consciousness from which most of us are currently operating.
What Is 5D Consciousness?
For me, 5D consciousness is rooted in love, unity, collaboration, and conscious awareness.
Instead of seeing another person’s success as a threat, we begin asking what we can create together. We move from individual survival into thriving communities.
In relationships, it becomes:
I am whole. You are whole. Together, we thrive.
There is no superior or inferior. I can see God within you just as I see God within myself.
In business, we begin creating from the heart rather than the ego. We become soul-led instead of solely profit-driven.
Money is still allowed to exist. Profit is not wrong. But it is no longer the only consideration.
We become more conscious of the ripple effects of what we create. While we may not be able to control every part of the chain, we take responsibility for what we can. We may choose recycled materials, reduce unnecessary waste, pay people fairly, or consider how our decisions affect the Earth.
The deeper question becomes:
How can this serve—not only me, but humanity and the Earth?
This is not about becoming perfect. It is about becoming more conscious.
What Does Lemuria Have to Do With the New Earth?
For me, Lemuria carries the qualities we associate with 5D consciousness: love, unity, oneness, community, service, harmony with nature, intuition, healing, and leadership from the heart.
The Lemurian frequency feels deeply connected to water, whales and dolphins, the Blue Rose, the Divine Feminine, and the Divine Mother.
This does not mean rejecting the Divine Masculine. Both the Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine exist within us. The invitation is not to replace one with the other, but to bring them into harmony.
The Lemurian way of being is also rooted in a reciprocal relationship with nature.
Nature is not simply something we use. It is alive. We can listen to it, receive from it, offer something in return, and live in sacred partnership with it.
Today, I sat with a tree and allowed it to help me release what no longer served me. Energetically, I offered what I was releasing to fertilize the soil, and I received nourishment from the Earth in return. Then I offered my blessings to the tree.
Giving and receiving.
Relationship instead of extraction.
This is what Lemurian consciousness means to me.

Why Is the Lemurian Frequency Rising Now?
I believe the Lemurian frequency is rising because it is part of the wider wave of awakening already moving through humanity.
More people are becoming aware. More people are remembering. More people are questioning ways of living that once seemed normal.
I notice this within myself.
Since spending time in Bali, I have become more conscious of how my choices affect the Earth. Can I reduce my use of plastic? Can I choose reef-safe sunscreen? Can this paper be recycled?
These may appear to be small choices, but they reflect a change in consciousness.
I see recycling becoming more common, companies exploring biodegradable materials, and more people turning toward meditation and searching for inner peace.
The full transformation may not be visible yet. But just because we cannot see the entire New Earth does not mean the shift is not already happening.
Perhaps the renewed interest in Lemuria is part of this shift.
Humanity is becoming ready to remember a frequency that once felt unreachable.
Is a 5D New Earth Really Possible?
When 3D and 5D consciousness are placed side by side, 5D can sound almost too perfect.
Fear becomes love. Separation becomes unity. Competition becomes collaboration. Scarcity becomes abundance.
Meanwhile, we look around and still see war, suffering, environmental destruction, and people making decisions from fear.
It is understandable to wonder: How is a 5D New Earth even possible?
Sometimes we need an idealistic vision because that vision plants a seed.
Imagine telling someone during World War II that one day people would be able to make a million dollars while they slept through something called the internet. They might not have believed you. The technology did not exist yet. They could not see how that reality would become possible.
But their inability to imagine it would not make it impossible.
Perhaps the vision of a Golden Age serves a similar purpose. It allows us to remember what may be possible before we can see its full physical expression.
At the same time, we do not need to rush toward it or pretend we have already arrived. We do not have to swing from despair into spiritual idealism.
We are moving in our own timelines.
I do not know whether I will experience the fullest expression of this Golden Age within my current physical lifetime. But I can still help plant its seeds.
The New Earth Is Not Another Physical Destination
When I speak about the New Earth, I am not talking about packing our bags, boarding an airplane, and travelling to another planet called New Earth.
The New Earth is a frequency.
It is a new way of thinking, believing, living, and being—and we can choose that frequency now.
Perhaps I notice that I am beating myself up or telling myself I am not good enough. I can become conscious of what is happening without judging myself or making one state of consciousness better than another.
Then I can ask:
Would I prefer to choose fear right now, or would I prefer to choose love?
At that moment, I can choose again.
The New Earth is created through a collection of these “now” moments. It is choosing love again and again—not perfectly, but consciously.
Collectively, I believe humanity is moving toward this consciousness. But this does not mean all eight billion people will move together at exactly the same speed.
We have free will.
Some people may move more quickly. Some may take longer. Some may never choose it within this lifetime.
It is a shift in consciousness that happens individually and collectively, choice by choice.
You Are Already Building the New Earth
I do not experience Lemuria as something locked in a distant past.
When I enter a Lemurian meditation—whether I am facilitating or receiving—what I experience feels real in the moment. It does not feel like visiting something that can never be accessed again.
It feels present.
This is why I describe Lemuria as a frequency rather than only a historical place.
I do not need to physically travel backward in time to access Lemurian consciousness. I can tune into its qualities in this moment.
Yesterday does not need to determine who I am today.
The me today is not the me yesterday.
Now is where I choose how I want to live.
Embodying Lemurian 5D consciousness does not require me to wait for the rest of humanity. Every time I choose love in the present moment—not as a perfect spiritual performance, but as a living practice—I am already building the New Earth.

Lemuria is not something you need to understand only through words. It is a frequency you can experience for yourself.
